Astrology has been woven into my life for many years — not as something mystical and out of reach, but as a deeply practical tool for understanding ourselves and the world around us. My passion has always been to bring astrology down to earth: to make it grounded, usable, and genuinely meaningful in everyday life. That philosophy is at the heart of everything I do at Down to Earth Astrology.
My Training
My training began with the Debra Silverman School of Astrology, and I continue to deepen my studies with Astrology University and the London School of Astrology. I believe this work deserves both depth and discipline — astrology is a rich, complex language, and I take seriously the responsibility of learning it well so I can serve you with integrity and care.
Birth Chart Readings
At the core of my practice are bespoke birth chart readings — personal, in-depth explorations of your unique cosmic blueprint. Your birth chart is not a flat diagram or a list of personality traits. It is a living system, a map of your soul's design. Together, we can use it to gain clarity on your soul's purpose, your career path, your relationships, and your family dynamics — helping you move through life with greater understanding and intention.
Parents & Children
One of my greatest joys is working with parents and children. Every child arrives with their own energetic blueprint, and so does every parent. When we understand those designs — rather than measuring children against external expectations — families can communicate more deeply, parent more intuitively, and truly see one another. I love helping families transform their relationships through this lens.
Readings & Courses
I also offer yearly readings to help you prepare for the year ahead — mapping out key cycles, opportunities, and energetic shifts so you can plan your diary with awareness and confidence. For those who want to go further, I run courses designed to help you read and interpret your own chart, giving you a lifelong tool for self-understanding (and perhaps fuelling what many of my clients fondly call their "astrology addiction"). Each month, I host a monthly astrology circle, where we come together to plan for the month ahead, using the cosmic weather as our guide.
Medical Astrology
My background as a physiotherapist of over 30 years gives my work a unique dimension. That long career in healthcare has deeply informed my interest in Medical Astrology — the exploration of how emotional and energetic patterns may express themselves in the body. I bring the same care, professionalism, and ethical grounding from my clinical work to my astrology practice. You can always expect complete privacy and confidentiality when your personal information is in the hands of Down to Earth Astrology.
My Birth Chart
As for my own chart — I'm an Aries Sun, Capricorn Moon, Pisces Rising: the fire to begin, the discipline to go deep, and the sensitivity to truly listen. It's a combination that feels very much like home in this work.
